REDI Speaker Series: A Conversation with Eric Solis

Last week as part of our REDI speaker series and in celebration of #HispanicHeritageMonth, RDC was joined by Eric Solis. Eric highlighted his work in architecture, art, and design, along with his most recent endeavors in fashion.

As one of the project partners on the newly constructed 6th street bridge in Los Angeles, Eric shared how his roots and community inspire his work.

REDI stands for Racial Equity Diversity and Inclusion. Each month, the firm’s REDI committee meets to examine the firm’s commitments and create initiatives for all staff members, such as a book club, portal resource page, voter education, volunteer activities, and advocacy projects.
