James Perse’s Malibu House is his newest flagship location dedicated to showcasing his home décor product offering. Located in the historic Malibu Lumber Yard, the store is set within the stunning retail and dining destination that reflects Malibu’s effortless and unique lifestyle. This shopping destination captures Malibu’s casual coastal lifestyle and welcome guests with a beautifully designed teak wood clad exterior and delicate landscaping. Wood pocket doors open fully to invite guests into the simple and chic interior spaces, with a residential aesthetic and vignettes featuring the brand’s furniture and home goods. The store was designed by James Perse and his team of designers, and RDC served as Architect of Record.
