Ralph Watson Promoted to Senior Technical Studio Director

RDC is pleased to announce Ralph Watson, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, has been promoted to the position of Senior Technical Studio Director! In this role, he continues and expands his work with technical and quality control as a member of RDC’s DC office leadership team.

Ralph joined the firm in 2014 and has been instrumental in working on a diverse portfolio of client projects, including retail centers and multiple retail rollout programs. He provides guidance and mentorship to staff and spearheads the Individual Development Plan (IDP) for all staff pursuing their Architectural License in the DC Office.
