Festival At Riva

Fresh architectural interventions and modern façade finishes revitalized this successful older shopping center. RDC developed an overall design approach utilizing high quality, durable, contemporary finishes to complement and enhance the existing brick facades. Internal traffic flow and calming improvements were introduced, as well as three new “pocket parks” recaptured from underutilized space. Pedestrian access to the center as well as internal pedestrian connectivity and safety were also improved. The center recently reopened, providing consumers and the nearby community with a fresh sense of place and heightened shopping experience.
