RDC provided architectural and prototype development services for Circle-K’s newest location in Sarasota County, which is part of a master plan in Florida.
The 71,000-square-foot space embraces a contemporary modern design, harmonizing with the area’s diverse architectural landscape. This is achieved through distinctive exterior finishes such as Nichiha’s panel rain screen, local brick veneer, and a unique color scheme that blends seamlessly with the surroundings. Notably, the corner towers feature lofty parapets that enhance the aesthetics, accommodate the smaller footprint of the C-store, and complement auxiliary structures. Additionally, the superstructure incorporates structurally insulated panels, ensuring superior insulation, a secure envelope, and decreased energy usage.
RDC currently serves as the prototype architect for Circle-K and has been involved in the design and execution of over 180+ Circle-K ground-up and tenant improvement projects nationwide.
