This unique non-prototype project is a new construction in collaboration with Architects Orange sized at 22,000 SF. The ALDI building is CALGreen Certified, and uses an environmentally friendly propane refrigerant to help reduce its carbon footprint. The exterior utilizes a combination of plaster and stone veneer along with metal siding and a large craftsman style oversized entry feature to accomplish an impressive new grocery market in a new commercial development for Murrieta.

RDC is the architect of record for the entirety of Aldi’s West Coast expansion program. We are working with Aldi on multiple sites in Southern California developing construction documents and generating concept elevation and fixture plans for entitlements and site selection. In addition, RDC
