Partake Collective is Now Open!

Partake Collective is now open! RDC partnered with Studio One Eleven to provide interior design and procurement services for the flagship cloud kitchen and dining hall, Partake Collective. Partake’s mission is to create an entrepreneurial ecosystem where a business owner can launch a food concept using resources that include kitchens, retail, and dining areas. 

The site is an adaptive reuse of a 1922 brick building located in the East Village Arts District in Downtown Long Beach. The interiors retain and expose existing heavy timber, steel, and concrete structure with brick infill. The 25,000 SF facility features twenty-one kitchens and was designed to promote a healthy work environment for up to two hundred employees, offering natural light and air, and employee amenities such as break rooms, bike storage, lockers, and showers.
