Krystle Fader Promoted to Associate

RDC is excited to announce Krystle Fader, CID, NCIDQ , Design Manager has been named as an Associate of the firm. Krystle is a member of the firm’s Hospitality and Interior Design work group.

Krystle serves as the “Essential glue for workgroup collaborations for key clients,” according to Jackson Thilenius, AIA, Senior Principal in charge of RDC’s Hospitality and Interior Design practice. “As an ambassador for our company, Krystle has built strong, trusting relationships with our clients and continues to deliver with multiple deadlines. She is a tremendous mentor and continues to exercise great initiative in building a culture of support within the interior design group and beyond. She is always optimistic and eager to assist with any effort, gracefully displaying confidence and composure.”
