Del Mar Highlands Town Center Named Finalist for ICSC’S Global Design & Development Awards

We are honored to share that our Del Mar Highlands Town Center project has been selected as a finalist in this year’s ICSC Global Design & Development Awards in the Renovations and Expansions category.

During the renovation and expansion diverse spaces were created to allow the community to shop, dine, and gather. Improvements in existing areas created a refresh for the entire center. The town center has transformed into a vibrant, community-oriented, and contemporary shopping and culinary destination with the addition of many retailers like Sky Deck.
