Confluence Park at Valencia Wins AIA OC Citation Award

Confluence Park at Valencia is the recipient of a Citation Award from AIA OC. Congrats to our Interiors and Procurement Studios for a project well done! Confluence Park is the central park of a visionary master planned network of 4,000 new homes connected by trails and hallmarked by state-of-the art amenities. The interiors and procurement team created a natural space that offers luxurious comfort, respite, and delight for casual resident visits and larger special events. Each portion of the project aspired towards the standards of a 21st century net-zero planned community, its sustainability goals, and the desire to create an environmentally conscious design that would remain relevant in decades to come.
