Carlos Hernandez Named Senior Associate of RDC

Carlos Hernandez, AIA, has been named Senior Associate of RDC, reflecting his role as Director of Technical Management, his more than 10 years of service to the firm, and his leadership roles with The American Institute of Architects (AIA), including this year as AIA LBSB President and AIA California Representative.

Carlos is a champion for commitment to quality and serves as the firm’s QA/QC leader and is also active to develop and mentor technical talent in staff. He volunteers with SoCalNOMA – Southern California Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects & NOMA Student chapters to mentor emerging professionals, previously lectured/participates in support of El Camino College’s Architecture program and has also lectured at the LA Center of Photography and the AIA LB SB Chapter.
